We here at My Video Listing cherish the role we play in presenting your property in the best possible conditions. As a third generation real estate profession, founder ”Michael Smitchel” understands the importance of marketing properties to get the best possible offer for your clients. We are able to storyboard and script the whole commercial but we also enjoy the collaborative approach where brokers and agents alike, share how they would like the property filmed.

Leadership
Founder Michael Smitchel is a third generation real estate profession. Real estate is in his blood! As a young agent in NYC Michael realized the importance of being able to market your property to get your clients the best possible offer. ”I noticed a trend in NYC that the properties that received professional videography services would sell quicker and closer to the listing price.”
Michael eventually met his wife in NYC who at the time worked for a marketing agency in downtown manhattan. They moved back to Northeast Pennsylvania to raise their family where Michael grew up and Michael started his digital marketing career at web.com and then eventually moved to a local marketing agency. This is when Michael began to learn all of the skills necessary to market businesses and independent contractors.
Michael would eventually open up his own marketing agency with his wife and partners in 2020, Rock N Roll Digital LLC. Rock N Roll Digital is a full service digital marketing agency located in Northeast Pennsylvania.
Michael has since started many successful businesses since. One of his favorite projects is the NEPA Lifestyle Show which will showcase the regions abundance of history, restaurants, attractions, and real estate.
Michaels companies now employ multiple designers, videographers, and creatives. ”We take pride in our team we have built, and we look forward to providing internships for the next generation, our philosophy is ”each one teach one”.

We will review your project and determine what steps, if necessary, will be required to fulfill your request.

Tell us when and where you would like us to film.

We will determine whether the FAA has any temporary flight restrictions or if, for instance, we will need to contact Air Traffic Control for approval.
DIRECT COMMUNICATION

We will follow up with you to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Your videographer/pilot will shoot the footage.

We will send a videographer to your location to fly at the determined time and place.

We review and edit the images and videos.
